With the whole of himself the Holy Father is giving the entire world unmistakable witness of adhesion to the evangelical truth.
He unites in his person, in an obvious way, fides et ratio, which is his particular way of uniting himself to Jesus Word Incarnate.
His enlightened Magisterium is leading us to deepen our knowledge of God, principally of the merciful love that He bestows on us, totally, in Christ present in the Most Holy Eucharist.
May the light of the divine mercy always illuminate the path of Benedict XVI and the support of the Mother of the Church comfort him in the vocation of good Shepherd of the universal Church.
